Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Russell Westbrook marked his 10th playoffs triple-double on Tuesday night with another tremendous performance from the former MVP (29 points, 11 rebounds, 14 assists), and in the process, moved to fourth on the all-time playoffs triple-double list.

This is definitely a remarkable achievement from Westbrook, and this serves as another feather on his cap. That's quite an elite list of stars that's on there, so the Thunder guard should be proud of his latest accomplishment.
However, we're pretty sure Westbrook doesn't really care about this right now after such a heart-breaking playoffs exit following Damian Lillard's insane game-winner. The Portland Trail Blazers All-Star point guard sank a 37-foot step-back trey at the buzzer to clinch the series for his team, and in the process, eliminated Westbrook and company from this season's edition of the playoffs.

Unfortunately for Westbrook, he will not be getting a chance to increase his playoffs triple-double tally this season thanks primarily to Lillard's heroics. His series-clinching thee-pointer was merely the pinnacle of Lillard's outstanding play throughout the series.
Westbrook and the rest of the Thunder will now be heading to an earlier than expected summer vacation. The team had very high hopes this season, and despite a few bumps along the way, a first-round exit definitely falls below the squad's expectations for this year.
For the record, though, Westbrook just signed a five-year extension with the Thunder at the beginning of this season, so surely, he will still have a lot of time with Oklahoma City to avenge this gutting elimination.
