After last night's seemingly out-of-nowhere ejection with Cleveland Cavaliers superstar forward LeBron James, yet another big star got thrown out on Wednesday night.
On his home court, New Orleans Pelicans superstar power forward Anthony Davis was also ejected for the first time in his career during the second quarter of a game against the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves.
A video of the incident, which involves two separate plays, was posted to Bleacher Report's official Twitter account and can be seen below.

Davis, who is widely considered to be one of the best power forwards in the league, had to be held back by his teammates before exiting the arena. The two technical fouls assessed to Davis came within just a 15-second span of each other, which caused many fans to scratch their heads even more.
Was this ref in the right or wrong to throw Davis out this quickly? Is this sort of no-tolerance attitude going to become a thing in the NBA going forward? We'll just have to wait and see.
Before he was ejected from the game, Davis was a dominant force on both offense and defense. In just 18 minutes of action, the All-Star center led all scorers with 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting as well as five rebounds.
