During last year's draft, Jahlil Okafor was expected to be one of the top picks. His athleticism and height were arguably the top reasons why he was selected third overall that night. And given his strong game from inside the paint, it made the decision even easier for the Philadelphia 76ers.
The 6-foot-11 forward is gifted with huge hands that help him handle the ball and make it tougher for the defenders to swipe or steal from him. Photos have surfaced showing just how huge they are, as Bob Cooney of Daily News Tweeted a picture of Okafor holding a regulation ball that appeared to be a child's toy:

This is not the first time the 2016 All-Rookie first team member's hands were photographed to highlight how ridiculously huge they are. Last year, Shannon Spake of Fox Sports posted a similar photo on her Twitter account:

The Sixers certainly do not mind the size of their starting center's hands as long as it will help them win more games this season. With a healthy roster and the addition of this year's top pick, Ben Simmons, the team is geared to have a much more successful campaign this year with hopes of making it to the playoffs for the first time in five years.
