Embiid, who has been laid off from injury for the first two years of his career, has found many ways to pass the time online. The Cameroonian big man is yet to play a game in the NBA but has stayed in the spotlight by publicly declaring his love for both Kim Kardashian and Rihanna; the latter returned the favour by following him back on Twitter.

Regarding the Instagram update, Embiid has worked out that the new function makes it easier to ‘slide into’ people’s direct messages. If you don’t know what that means at this point, this post may not be for you.
