Philadelphia 76ers All-Star point forward Ben Simmons has been using meditation to get ready for games lately. The Sixers take on the Toronto Raptors in the second round of the playoffs. Simmons will most likely be guarded by Kyle Lowry and Kawhi Leonard:

Meditation can clear your mind and help you focus on the task at hand. After struggling in Game 1 against the Brooklyn Nets in the first round, Simmons was a monster in Games 2-5.
The reigning Rookie of the Year averaged 17.2 points, 6.8 rebounds and 7.6 assists versus the Nets while shooting a staggering 64.3 percent from the field. The Sixers won the series 4-1. Simmons recorded a triple-double in Game 2, as he finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists.
The Sixers went 1-3 against the Raptors during the regular season. Simmons had 25 turnovers in the four games versus the Raptors. He will have to be stronger and smarter with the ball in the playoffs, as every possession matters in the postseason.
The Raptors have home-court advantage in the series. Sixers center Joel Embiid and Leonard are the two best players in the series. The Sixers, though, have the more talented roster. If Ben Simmons, Jimmy Butler, Tobias Harris and JJ Redick all play at a high level, Philly can win this series.
