After being forced to miss the Philadelphia 76ers' brief stint in the postseason due to injury, Sixers superstar Ben Simmons now appears to be fully healthy for the upcoming campaign. The 24-year-old has reportedly made a full recovery from the knee surgery he had to undergo back in August, and at this point, Simmons is hyped for Philly's season ahead.

The Sixers were active in the offseason, bringing veteran head coach Doc Rivers into the mix to replace Brett Brown. A few new faces also arrived in the form of Seth Curry and Danny Green. Simmons admitted that this new-look Sixers side is something that he has become quite giddy about:

It is worth noting that Philadelphia also hired former Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey as the team's new president of basketball operations. He did some great things during his stint with the Rockets, and the Sixers are hoping that Morey, along with GM Elton Brand, will be able to take this franchise to the next level.

Simmons appears to be completely on board, and with his health issues now a thing of the past (hopefully), Philly should be a real threat in the East for the 2020-21 season. Last season was a tough one for the Sixers due to bad roster construction and injuries, but this new-look squad looks primed for a bounce-back campaign with Simmons and Joel Embiid leading the way
