The Philadelphia 76ers lost 114-103 to the Boston Celtics in the NBA London game but the Sixers may have had more difficulty answering questions about the Royal Family.
Markelle Fultz, Justin Anderson, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, Robert Covington, T.J. McConnell, and JJ Redick took their turns answering a question from the Jr. NBA gang: “How many members of the Royal Family can you name?”
Based on the players’ responses, it looks like only one of them remembered anything they learned from school about London’s Royals. As hilarious as the video is, it’s interesting to note that the players didn’t brush up on their homework prior to their trip to the nation’s capital.
Watch the video below to see who aced the test:

It’s hard not to giggle when the players are laughing at themselves for not knowing the answer to the question. Only Redick can hold his head high as he also included Prince Harry’s bride-to-be, Meghan Markle, among the Royal Family.
The Sixers and Celtics squared off against one another during the NBA London 2018 game yesterday. The Celts took down the Sixers despite being down by 22 points to the up-and-comers who were ready to blow out the game.
The game counts in the NBA standings and naming the members of the Royal Family doesn’t but they could’ve at least salvaged a win by being smarter than a fifth grader.
The Sixers next face the surging Toronto Raptors at home on Monday, January 16.
