When it comes to Golden State Warriors star shooting guard Klay Thompson, any bottle of Gatorade is simply not safe around him when he's in the room.
Thompson reiterated this on Sunday night when he nonchalantly knocked off a small Gatorade bottle from the press conference table as he was about to sit down.
Why on Earth would he even do something like that? If you asked yourself that, here's a likely explanation: Thompson endorses a different beverage than the NBA's official sponsor of Gatorade, as he signed a deal back in 2015 with BODYARMOR sports drink.

According to a few videos posted to Twitter in the past by Sam Hustis of KNBR compiled from an article via Barstool Sports, this is not the first time that Thompson has done this before when it comes to Gatorade products. Hustis tweeted a video less than two weeks ago after the Warriors beat the Orlando Magic at Oracle Arena.

Whatever sports drink Thompson drinks, it is clearly working for him this season as the juggernaut Warriors look to win their third NBA championship in four years. Through 20 starts in 2017-18, Thompson is averaging 20.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game in 32.7 minutes of action per contest.
