The Washington Wizards drop yet another game to the Orlando Magic as they now fall to 0-2 on the season.
Newly acquired guard Russell Westbrook took the blame for tonight's loss, as Fred Kratz of The Athletic quoted the star on what he had to say about tonight:
Westbrook: “This one is on me — bullshitting around, missing these shots."

Westbrook, who recorded his second triple-double of the season in two games with 15 points, 12 rebounds, and 15 assists, felt like his performance left much to be desired.
A triple-double and Westbrook is still not happy with his performance? With Bradley Beal's 39 points as well as Thomas Bryant and Isaac Bonga scoring in double digits, one would think that the Wizards offense has been flowing nicely with the addition of the explosive Westbrook.
But why is it that the Wizards have yet to win a game?
Article Continues BelowWestbrook himself attributed it to his shot selection, an area of his game that many have called him out for in the past. Westbrook shot 6-19 from the field, unable to make any of his four three-point attempts tonight. In the game against the Philadelphia 76ers, Westbrook similarly took responsibility for the loss:
“Not good enough,” Westbrook said of his performance. “Honestly, I am kind of disappointed in myself, just some mishaps and plays where I could have been better,” reported by Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.
Though the Wizards can count on Westbrook average a triple-double this season, it all comes down to shot selection and making good decisions on the court, the key to a fluid offense and potentially a spot in the playoffs.
