Doug Edert isn't satisfied. The Saint Peter's guard who's taken the NCAA Tournament and March Madness Twitter by storm said as much after their hard-fought win over Purdue to advance to the Elite Eight.
Edert spoke out on Saint Peter's mindset after beating the Boilermakers, 67-64, with big plays down the stretch. The mustachioed junior toed the line between enjoying what they've already accomplished and looking ahead at the work yet to be done.

Like [Saint Peter's forward] KC Ndefo always says, the job's not finished. We feel like we belong. And the more games we win, the more confidence we build. We have a great amount of momentum going into next game. We're going to play as hard as we can, just like we did this whole season, to keep doing what we've been doing,” said Doug Edert after Saint Peter's win over Purdue.

Doug Edert has scored in double-figures in each of Saint Peter's March Madness wins, including the MAAC tournament championship game that propelled them onto this magical run in the first place.
The Peacocks are the Cinderella that's trying to delay midnight as much as possible. With all the momentum they're carrying right now, they may just have enough to smash the clock entirely. But as Doug Edert indicated in his postgame interview, there's still a lot left before they can get there.
