Oklahoma Sooners gunslinger Baker Mayfield is the gift that keeps on giving. Also, apparently, he is Baylor's biological father.

Yup. Let's get this started properly. Here is video of him telling the Bears that he is indeed their father.

That is some real Darth Vader type of stuff here. Furthermore, the threatening of spanking is next-level stuff.

Baker Mayfield was also sort of Baylor's father on Saturday, as the mostly inept Bears stuck around that game longer than they probably should. The final score was 49-41. As for Mayfield, he tossed it around for 283 yards and added three TDs through the air for good measure.

Are the Baylor Bears now asking for a paternity test to fight these claims? After all, Oklahoma didn't own Baylor.

Mayfield doing something fun — also something uptight people find iffy — isn't anything new. When Oklahoma's victory against Ohio State was over, as his teammates were running around and jumping for joy, the quarterback sprinted to midfield to stick the OU flag smack dabble in the middle of the “O” on the 50-yard lines.

He would later apologize in a press conference. People were pretty upset that he apologized. At the same time, his remarks over the emotions getting the better of him were not likely his idea. Now that we have even more evidence that he likes to have pro wrestling-like fun, I doubt this theme is just a weird string of coincidences.

Who knows what the future holds? But here is to hoping like all hell Baker Mayfield never changes. You be you, Baker.
