Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving has a lot of free time on his hands after the Nets were bounced in the first round of the NBA Playoffs by the Boston Celtics. The 4-0 sweep of Brooklyn caused quite the stir among NBA fans, and it seems some of them are still trying to troll Irving over the early exit. Well, it doesn't seem to be bothering him too much, as he clapped back at the trolls in hilarious fashion while live streaming Grand Theft Auto online.
Irving wasn't taking any smack from his viewers, who were trying to troll him in the chat with jokes about him going off to Cancun. Irving hilariously began impersonating his haters, mocking their voices while listing off some of the most common insults he experiences from fans ripping on him and the Nets.
“‘Ooh Kyrie, what are you doing at home? That's how y'all sound to me. ‘Are you going to Cancun? Oh, Kyrie where are you? Are you at home? Ooh Kyrie, you suck,'” Irving said, mocking his haters.
Clearly, Irving is beyond the point of being bothered by some trash-talking fans on a live stream, but he couldn't help but take a jab back at the haters with his hilarious impression of them. The Nets star has heard the same run-of-the-mill jokes for a few weeks now, and he's hoping that haters either come with some fresh content, or just give up on their attempted slander.
While Irving and the Nets are no longer competing for the Finals this year, it doesn't seem that Irving is too concerned with the opinions of online trolls.
