The Las Vegas Raiders are having issues with COVID-19, causing the league to alter the schedule for Week 7. On Thursday, the NFL changed the schedule for four teams in the upcoming week, including the Sunday Night Football game between the Raiders and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Raiders and the Buccaneers were scheduled to face off on Sunday Night Football in Week 7. However, the league has since replaced their game on Sunday night with the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals.

Instead, the Raiders and Buccaneers will now play in the 4:05 p.m. EST slot on Sunday, which is when the Seahawks and Cardinals were originally scheduled. Of course, that is assuming the Raiders don't have any more issues with the coronavirus.

Earlier this week, the Raiders discovered that Trent Brown tested positive for COVID-19. As a result, Las Vegas has placed their entire offensive line on the COVID-19 reserve list.

There's a chance Vegas can have their offensive line be activated from the reserve list in time for Sunday's game. But the team will need negative tests from the members of the offensive line in consecutive days before that is possible.

The decision to move the Buccaneers and Raiders game was likely due to the NFL ensuring that there would be a game played on Sunday night. Not having a game on Sunday night would lose the league money with no game being shown on primetime.

While the league expects the Buccaneers and Raiders game to be played this week, it will now happen in the afternoon on Sunday.
