On Tuesday's episode of “The Herd,” Colin Cowherd unveiled his post free agency edition of his Herd Hierarchy. It's basically his NFL power rankings as he sees fit. Cowherd has long been known for being spot on for his NFL coverage.

Cowherd's list goes like this:

10. San Francisco 49ers

9. Baltimore Ravens

8. Las Vegas Raiders

7. Los Angeles Chargers

6. Cincinnati Bengals

5. Kansas City Chiefs

4. Denver Broncos

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

2. Los Angeles Rams

1. Buffalo Bills

You'll notice that seven of Cowherd's top nine teams in the NFL come out of the AFC. That is because this offseason, there has been a mass exodus of talent leaving the NFC for the AFC. That includes future Hall of Fame quarterback Russell Wilson leaving Seattle for Denver, Chandler Jones leaving Arizona for Las Vegas, Davante Adams dipping on Aaron Rodgers to also go play in Las Vegas, Khalil Mack traded from Chicago to Los Angeles, and it goes on and on.

ClutchPoints previously created their own AFC Power Rankings with so many good teams in that conference.

There might never have been an NFL offseason quite like the one we are experiencing.

Cowherd is still reluctant to move off of the Chiefs as a powerhouse. His belief is Kansas City still has Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid and that should be enough to contend. Surprisingly, Cowherd has the Bills and not the defending Super Bowl Champion Los Angeles Rams as number one. He shared his reasoning: “I thought Buffalo was the best team in football at their best… they had Kansas City beat, they added Von Miller, OJ Howard, Shaq Lawson and Jamison Crowder and they just keep getting better and better.”

That's a bold take considering an argument can easily be made that the Rams are better than they were last year. Los Angeles signed Bobby Wagner and Allen Robinson to the roster.

One thing is for sure, next season is going to be a lot of fun to watch.
