The Chicago Bears suffered another loss on Monday, as they fell to the Los Angeles Rams 24-10. It was an awful performance too for the Bears, and fans were quick to turn on Chicago coach Matt Nagy after yet another disappointing effort from his side.
The mean streets of Twitter have spoken, and they want Nagy out (h/t Michael Allardyce of NBC Chicago):
Going to bed Sunday night: Bears are the No. 1 seed in the NFC if they beat the Rams.
Going to bed Monday night: This offense is an embarrassment. Fire Matt Nagy!!

Fire Matt Nagy. Worst offense I’ve ever seen ever.

A PITCH ON 4TH AND 1 PLEASE FIRE MATT NAGY

Honestly, if Matt Nagy won’t give up play calling, then fire him now. Let Chuck Pagano coach the team and let the offensive staff actually earn their paycheck

Another Twitter user also brought up how it was revealed by Brian Griese during the broadcast that Bears QB Nick Foles himself may have taken a shot at Nagy:

Needless to say, the Bears faithful are not happy about how their team has been performing of late — particularly on the offensive end — and they have set their sights on Nagy as the scapegoat.
To be fair, Chicago isn't exactly in a deep hole right now, as they stand at 5-2 to start the season. They are just a game behind the top-seeded Green Bay Packers in the NFC North. Then again, we've seen better days from the Bears, and it's also hard to deny that Nagy — who is just two years removed from winning Coach of the Year honors — has left a lot to be desired.
The Bears will be back in action on Sunday, as they face off against the New Orleans Saints. For Nagy, this contest presents itself as another shot at redemption, as he hopes to get his team back to winning ways. A victory against the Saints might get him back in the good graces of Bears fans, who do tend to get overly critical at times.
