Chicago Bears linebacker Khalil Mack didn’t waste plenty of time to show what the Oakland Raiders are now missing. In just the first two quarters of Sunday night’s game between the Bears and the Green Bay Packers, Mack was able to put together a terrifying stat line that surely made Raiders fans get angrier at their team’s management.

Mack made a mincemeat out of Green Bay’s offense in the first half. Mack’s highlight of the night came when he intercepted Packers backup quarterback DeShone Kizer’s pass in the second quarter and turned it into a touchdown.

Kizer, who was on the field while Aaron Rodgers was being tended off the field with a knee injury, simply did not stand a chance of doing anything good against the Bears’ ferocious defense.

In the end, though, none of Mack’s exploits mattered, as the Packers, behind Rodgers' heroics, pulled off a 24-23 come-from-behind victory after being held scoreless by Chicago in the first half.

The loss may be a bitter pill to swallow for Chicago, but if the team’s defense in the Packers game – at least in the first half – was any indication of what’s to come, then Mack and the Bears’ stop unit are going to torment plenty of opposing offensive coordinators going forward.

The Bears are set to face the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2 at Soldier Field.
