The Chicago Bears have quite a few decisions to make this offseason and are apparently open to trading their starting running back, Jordan Howard.

CBS Sports is reporting that they spoke with an unnamed source, who has confirmed that Howard, a running back for the team, is being shopped for a trade.

Part of the reason Howard is being shopped has to do with new Bears' head coach Matt Nagy, who doesn't feel that he fits in with his vision for the team.

“League sources said the Vikings are shopping corner Trae Waynes, the Bears are shopping running back Jordan Howard, the Chiefs are talking trade on Justin Houston and the Eagles are open to moving Nelson Agholor.”

This really isn't a surprising bit of news, because it's been rumored that Howard was heading for the trade market for the past year.

But Nagy really made clear, at the same time, that Jordan Howard has none of the traits that he's looking for in a running back.

“When you’re dealing with running backs for us, in this offense, you want to be able to have a guy that has really good vision that can make guys miss. And at the same time, there’s that balance of being a hybrid, being able to make things happen in the passing game, too, but yet where you’re not one-dimensional. That’s not easy. There's a lot of backs in this draft right now that are one-dimensional. There are some that are hybrids and some that are just scat guys.”
