Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson will face off against the Chicago Bears in Week 14 for the first time in his NFL career. It's a game Bears fans are not looking forward to since Chicago general manager Ryan Pace drafted Mitchell Trubisky over Watson in the 2017 draft.
Trubisky has turned out to be a bust for the Bears, while Watson is a star with the Texans and has already signed a lucrative contract extension.
During his media session with reporters on Wednesday, Watson said he has no idea why the Bears didn't draft him despite all the success he had in college.
Watson was asked just now by @McClain_on_NFL why he thinks the Bears didn't show more interest in 2017. "I have no idea. I was just going with the flow in the process. That's pretty much it honestly. I don't even know. I wish I had more answers to that but I don't." pic.twitter.com/FO6xzPtH2G

Ryan Pace may end up getting fired after this season since the Bears are likely going to miss the playoffs for the second straight season. The Chicago franchise may never rebound from selecting Mitchell Trubisky over Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes.
While the Texans are going to miss the postseason as well, Watson has been a stud. He has thrown for 3,542 yards and 24 touchdowns while completing 68.8 percent of his passes. The two-time Pro Bowler has also rushed for three touchdowns.
The Texans are 4-8 on the season, while the Bears are 5-7. Both teams lost in Week 13, with Houston coming up short against the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago blowing a 10-point fourth-quarter lead to the Detroit Lions.
Texans fans are so thankful that the Bears drafted Trubisky over Watson. Chicago supporters, meanwhile, are ready for Mitch and Pace to get out of town after this season ends.
