The Cincinnati Bengals have played the last couple of weeks without the services of one of their primary offensive factors in star wide receiver A.J. Green due to a foot injury.
However, it appears that Green has finally turned a corner with his recovery as he voiced on Wednesday morning that he will be back in the fold for Sunday's game at home against the Denver Broncos, according to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com.

Green has been out of the mix for the last three games due to a foot injury that he suffered against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back on Oct. 28. Since then, he has been unable to get back on the practice field in any great capacity as he has been recovering from the nagging ailment.
Article Continues BelowThere had been some hope that he could have returned for last Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns, but he was unable to put some practices in the days before the contest.
Prior to the injury, Green had been putting together another strong campaign, posting 45 catches for 687 receiving yards and six touchdowns in eight games played. He has continued to show that he is the Bengals' top receiver behind his elite level of playmaking on the field. That has also kept him firmly in the conversation as being one of the best players in the league at his position.
His return should bring an immediate boost to the passing game that drastically needs him, especially with starting quarterback Andy Dalton being out for the rest of the year with a torn ligament in his thumb. Green will be heavily featured in the offensive game plan against the Broncos as one of the primary targets for backup Jeff Driskel in his first career start.
The Bengals are in a must-win situation with their playoff chances hanging in the balance holding a 5-6 record on the season and sitting a game out of the final playoff spot.
