Running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt have been a force for the Cleveland Browns, helping them to a 7-3 record so far this season. Browns offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt compared Chubb and Hunt to boxing legends Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield in terms of their ability to bully defenses on the offensive end of the field.

Van Pelt marvels at the ability of running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to wear down defenses.

“It's like having two fighters in your corner,” Van Pelt said. “You have Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield, and they both come out in different rounds, and you're facing the fresh guy that can knock you out with the home-run punch every time.

The two former Pro-Bowlers certainly showcased their might in the fourth quarter of their 22-17 win over the Philadelphia Eagles last week. Nick Chubb delivered first with a 54-yard run, highlighted by a brutal stiff arm to Eagles defensive end Joe Ostman. The Iron Mike-like hit laid waste to Ostman and cleared the way for the 2018 2nd round pick to cover another 40 yards. He got through another two tackles before getting stopped at Philly's 7-yard line.

After a couple of plays, it was Kareem Hunt's time to go to work. After initially slipping past Eagles linebacker T.J. Edwards, Hunt swung for the fences and hurdled his way to the end goal over Philadelphia safety Rodney McLeod. The leap by the 2017 Pro Bowler gave the Browns their second touchdown of the night.

The two plays by the bulldozing running backs pretty much served as the knock out blows for Cleveland on Sunday night.

The Browns will play the Jacksonville Jaguars on the road in Week 12.
