Von Miller is the guy to count on if Denver Broncos fans wanted to see sacks. However, he's been limited and hasn't had one in three weeks of play. He himself admitted that something must be done if he wants to keep thriving in his role.
Miller has struggled to get to the QB this season, and his performance mirrors the lack of wins the Denver Broncos have experienced recently. Miller is obviously frustrated with the situation and is looking to find the solution.
“I’ve got to find a way to play better, I’ve got to find a way to get sacks I’ve got to find a way to do my job,’’ Miller said, per 9 News.
Miller also revealed that he's frustrated with the way things have gone for the Broncos as of late. As shared by Broncos Wire, the pass rusher is puzzled with the team's losses considering that they have a quality roster on their side.
“We’ve got a great team,” Miller said Thursday. “We’ve got great players. I just want to win. I feel like everything comes with wins. It’s just frustrating knowing what we’ve got in the locker room, what we’ve got upstairs and everything that we put into it and not be able to win. I feel like that’s where the frustration comes from.”
Coach Vic Fangio agrees with his sentiments and believes that the team should pull off important stops if they want to win football games this season.
This season has been disappointing for Miller so far. He's averaged at least ten sacks since 2014, and it's his defensive prowess that helped him win a Super Bowl.
He has to do what he said and find a way to get to the quarterback. If he and the defense manage to disrupt the opposing QB, they will have a better chance to win close games.
