For the first time since 2009, the New York Giants are playing on Thanksgiving day, and they're hoping to have explosive wide receiver Sterling Shepard on the field.
On the Giants' official injury report for tomorrow's game, Shepard is listed as questionable with an illness.
Shepard missed New York's victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday due to migraines, and he was held out of practice on Tuesday for the same reason. Given that he's listed as questionable instead of doubtful, it appears that the G-Men are fairly hopeful that he'll play on Thanksgiving night against the division rival Washington Redskins.

He has surpassed the 100 receiving yard mark twice this year, putting up 133 in a close loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3 before amassing 142 on 11 receptions in a Week 10 defeat at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers.
Linebacker Jonathan Casillas, long snapper Zak DeOssie, defensive tackle Damon Harrison, middle linebacker Kelvin Sheppard, and defensive end Olivier Vernon are also listed as questionable on the Giants' injury report. New York will be without two starting offensive linemen in right tackle Justin Pugh and right guard D.J. Fluker, who were listed as out due to back and toe injuries, respectively.
