Aside from being a deadly operator from under center, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is also an overall good guy. He demonstrates that whenever he doles out free tickets to fans via social media gimmicks, which has occurred regularly the last couple of years.
Rodgers took this act to another level this week, giving free tickets for the Packers’ Thursday Night Football matchup with the visiting Chicago Bears to Green Bay area police officers.

Normally, Rodgers would put these tickets up for grabs for fans who are willing to join his ticket hunt contests, but for this week, he decided to spread the love to the police force.
Article Continues BelowAssuming these police are Green Bay fans, they sure had a good time watching the Packers decimate Mike Glennon and the Bears in a 35-14 victory, taking a 95-94-6 all-time series lead over their rivals.
This is more than just Rodgers being a kind person, though. The issue of police brutality is a hot button topic right now, and gestures like this highlight the need to still treat each other right.
Unfortunately for the Bears, Rodgers wasn’t that friendly to them on Thursday, as he racked up four passing touchdowns in the victory.
