Article Continues BelowTo no surprise, Gary has the highest rating since he was picked No. 12 overall by the Packers. An interesting pick for the Packers, the team selected him to play outside linebacker after spending the entirety of his collegiate career as a down lineman. The Packers believe Gary has the speed and the length to be an elite edge rusher despite not producing big numbers at Michigan.
Savage, a safety, was the target of a trade up in the first round. In 2018, Savage posted 59 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, four interceptions two passes defended and one interception returned for a touchdown. Sternberger, a converted receiver, emerged as one of the best tight ends in the country, recording 48 receptions for 832 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Overall, the Packers addressed many of their needs with this year's class. It'll be interesting to see how those grades change as the season unfolds.
