The Green Bay Packers are fresh off of a massive win at home against the Chicago Bears to move to 11-3 on the season. It was a big win as the team is continuing to try to lock in their NFC North title, as well as the No. 2 seed in the NFC playoff picture. Now, the team is heading into the biggest game of their season against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football in Week 16.

Matt LaFleur has come in as a first-year head coach and completely changed the culture and outlook of the proud franchise. Aaron Rodgers has bought into his system and the two have come through with some key plays in situations where Rodgers would not have worked well with former head coach Mike McCarthy.

Following the Packers' big win over the Bears, LaFleur once again reiterated his “full trust” in his franchise quarterback.

“I have full trust in Aaron [Rodgers]. He’s seen enough during his career. I trust he’ll make the right call.”

That trust could be seen clear as day against the Bears when Rodgers completed a massive fourth-down pass to star wide receiver Davante Adams for the first touchdown of the game. It was a play that McCarthy would have never allowed to happen, as he would have called in Mason Crosby for a field-goal attempt.

While there are still some things that need to be ironed out, the Packers are looking like a legitimate Super Bowl contender. With Rodgers leading the way, anything is possible for Green Bay.
