At one point in time, it appeared as if Antonio Brown was buddy-buddy with Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. Then, everything changed. Brown was run out of Oakland for a litany of reasons and finally released on Saturday before he could play a snap for the team donning black and silver.

Brown doesn't seem to be friends with Carr, or his older brother, David, anymore. He posted this on his Twitter on Saturday, in wake of his release.

He clearly references the Carr brothers, but it's unknown what his intent in doing so was. While Derek was initially excited to throw to the NFL's leader in touchdown receptions in 2018, David, an analyst for NFL Network, hasn't minced words or his thoughts on the situation that led to Brown's release.

After Brown's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, took to Twitter to say “everybody had the best intentions going in but it didn’t pan out,” David responded succinctly.

Then, when Rosenhaus stated that they are working on Brown getting to another team, Carr didn't have to use words. He retweeted the tweet with a comment of a clown emoji.

Derek, on the other hand, hasn't responded by calling Brown and Rosenhaus a liar or a clown, via emojis. But that's likely because the past is now in the past.

David likely knows information that we don't, due to his relationship with the Raiders' franchise quarterback, his younger brother. He hasn't revealed any specific intel since Brown's release, but clearly isn't happy with the six-time Pro Bowler or his agent.

Brown just returned the favor.
