The Oakland Raiders are without question feeling good about the way their first-round pick, running back Josh Jacobs, has performed so far this season. After taking him with the No. 24 overall pick in the draft, Jacobs has performed extremely well through the first four games of his career.
ESPN shared their rookie rankings through four weeks on Twitter and Jacobs topped the list.

Jacobs has carried the football 62 times for 307 yards and two touchdowns so far this season. He has caught three passes for 57 yards as well. Those numbers have helped propel the Raiders to 2-2 on the year.
Jon Gruden made it clear throughout the entire draft process that he wanted Jacobs. He loved the skill-set that the former Alabama star brought to the field. Oakland was able to snag him in the first round and they will never look back.
Standing in at 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds, Jacobs has the size and athleticism to be a workhorse back for the Raiders. His ability to pound the ball on the ground and make plays as a receiver will make him extremely dangerous both now and in the future. Gruden and company finally have the running back they needed to take pressure off of Derek Carr and the passing game.
Expect to see Jacobs continue to build on what has been a top-notch start to his NFL career. Oakland is going to continue using him early and often each and every week and he will continue putting up the numbers that have made him ESPN's top rookie through four weeks.
