Las Vegas Raiders rookie wide receiver Henry Ruggs III missed Sunday's game against the New England Patriots, and Jon Gruden fears he might be unavailable again in Week 4.
Gruden said the team is “concerned” about Ruggs' hamstring injury, though he noted he had to confer with Raiders trainers before giving a full update.
The enigmatic head coach also spoke about fellow wideout Bryan Edwards.
Gruden said “we are concerned about both” WRs Henry Ruggs (hamstring) and Bryan Edwards (ankle), but has to check with trainers before giving us a full update.

Las Vegas can ill afford more injuries to the receiving corps.
Tyrell Williams is already out for the year, and tight end Darren Waller has been nursing an injury of his own, though Waller played against the Pats.
The Patriots took a commanding 23-10 lead over the Raiders, who had a hard time stopping New England's pass rush. Derek Carr lost two fumbles, as did running back Josh Jacobs.
Carr still managed to have some success, completing 24 of 32 passes for 261 yards and a pair of scores. Still, the Raiders had a hard time getting the big plays they needed in key situations, and also converted on just three of nine third-down conversions.
However, it seems Ruggs could face a more extended absence.
The first-round pick had a successful debut, nabbing three of five targets for 55 yards. However, he was targeted just one time and finished with a single reception in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints.
Las Vegas is likely to be cautious with Ruggs' hamstring issue. The Raiders do not want to exacerbate the injury by rushing their speedster back onto the gridiron.
At the same time, Gruden's offense desperately needs a game-changer in the receiving corps. This is a situation to monitor going forward.
