Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis has been fairly quiet this past season and considering all that has happened with the team; it's a bit shocking. Since head coach Jon Gruden's hire, the team has traded two key players in Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper, and up until recently, it was unclear where the team would even be playing in 2019.
Davis has also fired longtime general manager Reggie McKenzie after many successful draft picks and thing appeared to be heading in the right direction for the Raiders up until recently. In regards to the future of the team, Davis is staying patient and respecting the process the team is going through.

The team appears to be in a huge rebuild, but with the amount of draft picks coming this season and in the future, there's a lot for the Raiders to be hopeful for.
