The 29-year-old Harris has competed for the Raiders since the 2017 season; previously he was a journeyman defensive back and former undrafted free agent after the 2012 NFL Draft.
Brissett was in the middle of a fourth-quarter drive for the Colts, looking to tie the game or lead by one while starting on Indy's own 25-yard line with nearly two minutes to play in the ball game. Instead, with the Raiders up seven points, Harris leapt in front of Brissett's intended receiver for the pick-six, dashing the Colts' hopes for a home win against Oakland.
The Raiders should improve to 2-2 on the season after dropping two consecutive games against the Kansas City Chiefs, an AFC West rival, and the Minnesota Vikings. The Colts, without the retired quarterback Andrew Luck, are going with Brissett for the second time in three seasons as their starting signal-caller.
