“Just wanna congratulate you for being the Chargers’ first pick this year, man. That’s awesome. I hope you’re ready for some new things this year; new uniform, new stadium, new vibes. I hope you’re getting ready to work. Let’s go get it!”
As Ekeler pointed out, “new” will certainly be the theme for the Bolts next season, especially after an exciting first round of the NFL Draft.
Just recently, the team launched its new line of jerseys to universal acclaim. The Chargers will also be moving to their sparkling new playground at SoFi Stadium.

The Chargers hope that the 6th overall pick of the 2020 NFL Draft will be a suitable replacement under center and be their main guy from this point on. Herbert has impressed scouts with his traits as a player and looks to be ready for the NFL game.
“He has been an excellent decision-maker thus far and never appears rattled under pressure,” said The NFL Draft Network’s Drae Harris.
“His very good instincts and mental aptitude will allow him to easily learn other nuances of the position.”
Herbert has passed for over 10,000 yards and has amassed a passer rating of 153.7 in his four years at Oregon.
