The Los Angeles Rams have shown in recent years that they aren't afraid to make notable moves ahead of the trade deadline. Despite showing an aggressive nature in previous seasons, Sean McVay doesn't believe the Rams will make any noteworthy moves before the league's trade deadline on Tuesday.

“I don’t expect anything in the next day or so. I don’t see anything, really, that’s going to be Twitter-worthy for you guys,” McVay said with a laugh, via Cameron DaSilva of TheRamsWire.

Two years ago, Los Angeles acquired Dante Fowler in a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Fowler would immediately become a starter for the Rams, proving to be a pivotal piece for the team's run to the Super Bowl.

Then, after trading for Fowler, in 2019, the Rams went out and made a splash to trade for Jalen Ramsey. Ramsey has since signed the richest cornerback contract in NFL history and is a vital member of the defense.

Besides Fowler and Ramsey, Los Angeles has also made moves to land Austin Corbett and Kenny Young. At the same time, they traded the likes of Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib ahead of last year's trade deadline.

Coming off of their surprising loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 8, the Rams currently hold a 5-3 record in a tough NFC West division. Throughout the season, Los Angeles has proven to be weak at multiple positions, and could use some more firepower in their quest to make the playoffs.

Les Snead, the general manager of the Rams, uttered that he doesn't envision Los Angeles making any moves, but left the door open for anything to transpire. It seems McVay is reiterating what Snead is saying, making it unlikely that the Rams add a new face to the roster on Tuesday.
