Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback Tom Brady will have a number of suitors as he enters free agency this offseason. Recently, Brady was seen at a Miami school, leading many to think Brady could leave the Buccaneers for the Miami Dolphins.
The video of Brady inside a Miami school made its rounds on social media. However, Brady's ex-wife Giselle Bundchen lives in Miami with the former pair's kids. Furthermore, Brady himself has a residence in Miami. No matter where he plays football, it makes sense for Brady's kids to remain in Miami, as pointed out by NFL reporter Dov Kleiman.
Dolphins' quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is under contract for one more season. Miami will then need to decide whether to accept his fifth-year option. With Tagovailoa suffering numerous injuries, the Dolphins accepting that option – which provides guaranteed money in case of injury – remains up in the air.
Tom Brady set new career-highs in passing attempts (733) and completions (490) this past season. Overall, he threw for 4,694 yards, 25 touchdowns and nine interceptions. The Buccaneers, despite their 8-9 record, won the NFC South for the second year in a row.
Brady is now 45-years-old. However, he is still a 15-time Pro Bowler, three-time All-Pro nominee, three-time MVP and of course a seven-time Super Bowl champion. Any team in need of a quarterback will be looking Brady's way.
When it comes to the Dolphins, it appears that for now, Brady is just taking care of some family business. However, if the future Hall of Famer shows interest in joining Miami, perhaps the Dolphins would be interested in making a deal.
