Malcolm Butler is one of the cornerstones of the Patriots’ pass defense, albeit one that finished the regular season just 30th against the pass with 251.2 yards allowed per game through the air. In fact, Butler has played all 16 regular-season games in each of the last three seasons. This 2017 season, Butler recorded 60 combined tackles (five assisted), three forced fumbles, two interceptions, and 12 passes defended.
