The NFL announced the 15 teams that have been awarded compensatory picks in the 2020 NFL Draft. It appears the New England Patriots will have the most capital to work with.
The Patriots were given a league-high four picks in the upcoming draft, according to Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk. More specifically, they were awarded the 98th and 100th overall picks in the third round and the 212th overall and 213th overall in the sixth round.
The amount of compensatory picks a team receives is predicated on the amount of turnover they experience with quality players in free agency the previous year. It is safe to say that this was certainly the case for New England heading into the 2019 NFL season.

Fortunately, they will now have some extra resources to work with in order to help fill the notable voids on their roster.
It is no secret that this team appears to be on the cusp of ushering in some significant changes this offseason. The extra four draft picks should certainly help to kickstart the process in this year's draft. The Patriots now have a total of 12 picks to help fill in the gaps on both sides of the ball.
Checking in behind New England for the most compensatory picks is a six-way tie between the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks with three.
