It seems like New England Patriots receiver Antonio Brown can't catch a break. With the latest sexual assault suit filed against him, the league will give serious consideration to putting him on the commissioner's exempt list, according to Mark Maske of the Washington Post.
If the decision is made to put him on the list, it would make AB ineligible to play for the Patriots. However, it's still unclear as to whether the decision will be made this week.

It is not clear yet if or when the league’s investigators will be able to arrange interviews with Brown’s accuser and other potential witnesses.
If the league will indeed put him on the exempt list, they will also have to determine the conditions that he will be allowed to come off and play for the Patriots. League officials plan to meet today to address the issue.
According to Britney Taylor, Brown's former trainer, the Patriot sexually assaulted her twice in June 2017 and once in May 2018. Brown's legal team released a statement denying all allegations and stating their plans to file a countersuit.
