Yeezus just made a bold NFL prediction: the Chicago Bears are going to the Super Bowl next year. In a post on Twitter that shows an image of him with running back Jordan Howard, Kanye West said that he thinks the Bears are headed to Super Bowl 53, a belief likely shared by a lot of Chicago fans after the team added defensive end Khalil Mack via a trade with the Oakland Raiders.

Although some football fans may just shrug off Kanye’s projection and think that it’s just another dark and twisted fantasy of his, it’s easy to understand the hip-hop artist’s excitement over his team.
Kanye West, who was born in Atlanta but grew up in Chicago, obviously has complete confidence in the Bears to shock at least the rest of the NFC by winning the conference.

For one, the Minnesota Vikings signed a new quarterback in Kirk Cousins, making them the favorites to win the division.
As for the Bears, they are only priced at +650 to win the NFC North, per BetOnline.ag.
As for Chicago’s odds to raise the Vince Lombardi Trophy at the end of the next season, it’s currently set at +5,000.
Nevertheless, it can’t be denied that the Bears’ souped-up defense is going to pose a tremendous problem for opposing teams. Khalil Mack joins a Chicago stop unit that already ranked eighth in scoring defense and seventh in total defense in 2017 without him, so it’s not hard to imagine how scary it could get with the former Raiders sack machine in tow.
