Louisville offensive lineman Mekhi Becton answered questions at the NFL Scouting Combine when a possible fit in New York is asked of him. Given his draft stock, it's very likely that he'll end up with either New York team.
According to Jets Wire's Sam Neumann, the offensive lineman revealed himself to be fascinated by New York football and would love to be a part of the Big Apple's football scene.

This kind of praise isn't what you would usually hear, but this is definitely a win for New York football. The fact that such a player expressed his interest in playing in New York should encourage either franchise to consider getting him as a part of their core.
Both the Giants and Jets would benefit from getting a young lineman such as Becton. They have young quarterbacks who are still trying to develop their games. They need all of the protection they can get in order to make the proper pass. Becton can do that and more as he showcased in his two years for the Cardinals.
