Tee Higgins knows that the Philadelphia Eagles are just a few seasons removed from winning the team's first ever Super Bowl title. However, even after returning to the playoffs since earning the team's historic championship, the Eagles have looked different in each of the last several seasons.

Expected to have a bit of a different looking roster this time around as well, the Eagles have already been rumored to be looking to part ways with veteran wide receiver Alshon Jeffery, who could alleviate some of the team's salary cap issues if he were to depart the “City of Brotherly Love” this offseason. As it stands today, Jeffery will earn a base salary of $9,910,000 in 2020-21 in addition to a restructure bonus of $1,590,000 and a workout bonus of $250,000. He will carry a massive salary cap hit of $15,696,500 and a dead cap value of $26,106,000 in 2020-21.

With that in mind, the Eagles could be aggressive in potentially parting ways with Jeffery, though this would obviously leave a major void along the outside for quarterback Carson Wentz. Luckily for the Eagles, this year's NFL Draft class is absolutely stacked at the wide receiver position with Philadelphia currently slated to pick at No. 21 overall in the first round come late April.

Because the Eagles will pick at No. 53, No. 85 and No. 103 overall after making the team's initial selection toward the end of the first round, one can expect the Eagles to target one of the many talented soon-to-be rookie pass catchers at No. 21. If the Eagles really want to go all in, perhaps the heralded NFC East franchise can pool together some of those additional picks in order to move up into the early portion of the first round, which would really allow the team to be in prime position to select one of this year's top overall prospects and playmakers in former Clemson Tigers wide out Tee Higgins.

Despite leaving Clemson after his junior season, there is absolutely no doubt that Higgins is ready to become a dominant force atop the NFL level.

A sure fire first round pick, it is now just a matter of where exactly Higgins ultimately lands while Philadelphia could certainly use his services with or without Jeffery still in the picture.

Standing at 6'4″ with elite ball skills, Higgins would provide the aforementioned Wentz with a lethal deep threat at a position that can use some serious depth.

Not only are the Eagles thin at this particular position, but the team is currently lacking next level playmakers, something Higgins would be able to fix in an instant.

As a junior at Clemson this past season, Higgins notably tallied 59 catches for 1,167 yards and 13 touchdowns while averaging a whopping 19.8 yards per catch. Producing 27 touchdown receptions during his time with the Tigers, a school record, the up-and-coming pass catcher will surely be considered one of the best overall players from this year's crop of talent when all is said and done.

The question now, though, is whether or not the Eagles can land him at No. 21 overall next month…
