Following the Los Angeles Rams' first playoff appearance in well over a decade, the front office capitalized on that momentum by adding more proven talent to the mix.

There has been plenty of buzz and excitement surrounding Suh from throughout the organization given what he brings to the table on the field. The 31-year-old experienced a notable drop in his production last season, but he is still considered to be a premier defensive lineman who has earned five Pro Bowl selections, four First-Team All-Pro nods, and two Second-Team All-Pro selections. The pairing of him alongside reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald may possibly help him become an even more effective factor up the middle.

He has already quickly immersed himself in the defensive scheme under defensive coordinator Wade Phillips through the first few weeks in the team offseason workouts. Los Angeles is hoping that he can become a big part of the puzzle along the defensive line that could help the team take the next step forward toward becoming a legitimate Super Bowl contender this upcoming season.

The Rams have had plenty of high expectations laid before them given the significant step forward the team took last season and the big-name addition that they made this offseason. All of this has put forth a potential powerhouse in the NFC that could be a true challenger to dethrone the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2018 campaign. In the meantime, this only provides more hype around what could be an extremely intriguing and wildly exciting year ahead in Los Angeles.
