The Seattle Seahawks have one of the best wide receivers in the NFL in D.K. Metcalf. But, you also can't sleep on his teammate, Tyler Lockett, who is no pushover, either.

Both players collected over 1,000 yards receiving in 2020 and also had 10 touchdowns apiece. In a recent interview, Lockett discussed how he and Metcalf thrive off each other with the Seahawks which helps them dominate on the gridiron:

“I think the biggest thing just about me and D.K. is we’ve learned how to feed off of one another,” Lockett said. “Being able to have another player on the other side who’s phenomenal, who’s dominant, it’s exciting for me to be able to watch him. I see him every single day in practice and so when we go out there in the games, we know that teams have to figure out what they’re going to do. So we’ve learned how to take what teams give us, we’ve learned how to encourage one another, and we’ve learned how to be each other’s cheerleader.

“You never know what type of game it’s going to be for one of us with the Seahawks, so we go out there and we have each other’s back. We encourage one another and that’s what makes this bond so special.”

A true brotherhood between Lockett and Metcalf. Having a top quarterback like Russell Wilson throwing you passes isn't so bad, either. 2021 will surely be another big year for the Seahawks duo as they look to put up some more fantastic numbers as Seattle aims to get back into the depths of the postseason.
