The Seattle Seahawks entered the offseason very unsure of what quarterback Russell Wilson's plans for the future were. Wilson reportedly desires a chance to at least find out what is out there for him beyond Seattle, though he seems likely to return to the Seahawks when things are said and done this offseason. Wilson's latest comments on his future should make Seahawks fans very excited.

These are very telling comments from Russell Wilson. Wilson was asked about Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger and the “offseason of change” for quarterbacks. The Seahawks signal-caller was then asked where he would want to play in the future.
Smiling ear-to-ear, Wilson mentioned Brady and Roethlisberger and how they spent a long chunk of their careers with one team, something he said that he would want for himself. If that wasn't enough the veteran quarterback ended the video by saying ‘Go Hawks.' Very exciting sequence for Seahawks fans.
Of course, Wilson could still turn right around and opt to go elsewhere. However, the fact that he still seems to want to stay in Seattle even before he's gotten a chance to see where the grass is greener is a very good sign.
There's still a whole offseason for things to happen. However, Seahawks fans should feel excited about Russell Wilson's future right now.
