Arians claims he “suffered an Achilles injury while running to stay in shape,” per Luke Easterling. He's been driving around in a golf cart and even uses a scooter at times. Arians is likely isn't allowed to put any pressure on his Achillies right now, which could hinder his presence on the Buccaneers' sideline.

Regardless of the injury or not, Arians is going to coach through the pain. This is an incredibly important matchup against the Bills and the Buccaneers will need their head coach on Sunday. Being able to earn a big win over Buffalo will generate confidence into the Super Bowl defending champions.

It'll be interesting to see how Arians handles coaching through his injury. He might be on a scooter throughout the entire game or possibly sitting in the booth with a bird's eye view. Either way, the Buccaneers can expect to have their head coach present and do what needs to be done to protect home turf. Look for Tampa Bay to get off to a hot start as they attempt to put the Bills on their heels.
