My confidence keeps going up, the game is slowing down,” Buccaneers star Gronkowski said. “I’m starting to pick up the offense more. … I have so much more to work on, and so much more to improve on, but I am really glad to be here.”
During the 2019 season, Gronkowski continually shut down rumors of him rejoining the Patriots while the season was taking place. However, after Brady chose to leave for the Buccaneers, Gronkowski couldn't refuse the opportunity to catch up with his old friend in Florida.

Right now, Gronkowski is still in the early stages of getting a grasp of playing football again. If he shows any semblance of being the player he was in New England, the Buccaneers' offense could be unstoppable.
