The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made plenty of big moves this offseason. Getting superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski to come out of retirement after just one year has to be one of the biggest, though.

Gronkowski has long been considered one of the greatest tight ends—not just in football today, but of all time.

It seemed like a no-brainer move, though. He is one of the best tight ends of all time and has a fantastic relationship with new Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady.

Even with that, it had to be expected that he would need some time to adjust. Although it was a very brief retirement, Gronkowski had still been away from the game for a year. That means he would need some time to get back into playing shape. Even if he put the weight and muscle back on, the tight end would need to get used to playing on the field again.

The good news is, it appears Gronkowski is back to that point. He's feels he is prepared for the regular season. And it's not even like he plans on limited snaps.

According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk, the tight end has already stated that he will “play the whole game” if he has to. Clearly, Gronkowski is ready for the regular season. He appears to be healthy and hungry to get back on the field and continue building the absurd resume he has in the NFL.

It may have taken a little bit of time, but it looks like the Buccaneers will have Gronkowski at 100 percent before the start of the regular season.
