Earlier this offseason, people scoffed at the idea of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signing Tom Brady, but now, Odds Shark has them listed as betting favorites.
The New England Patriots have the second-best odds, with the Los Angeles Chargers, San Francisco 49ers and Las Vegas Raiders rounding out the top five.
A significant suitor dropped out of the race on Sunday, when the Tennessee Titans opted to re-sign Ryan Tannehill rather than pursue Brady in free agency.
The Buccaneers certainly represent an interesting option for Brady.
Tampa Bay owns one of the NFL's most dynamic receiving duos on Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, and O.J. Howard remains a talented young tight end in spite of a disappointing 2019 campaign. Even running back Ronald Jones showed some promise at the end of this past season.

Since winning the Super Bowl during the 2002-03 campaign, the Buccaneers have made just a pair of playoff appearances. They also have not made the postseason in 12 years, representing the longest active playoff drought in the NFC.
However, bringing Brady aboard could obviously change things, as Tampa Bay does not currently seem too far off. This past year, for example, the Bucs ranked third in offense and 15th in defense, which are actually solid numbers.
Brady is coming off of a 2019 season in which he threw for 4,057 yards, 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions while completing 60.8 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 88. It marked the first time Brady missed the Pro Bowl since 2008, when he was knocked out for the season in Week 1 due to a torn ACL.
