There were major question marks earlier in the week surrounding the availability of Tampa Bay Buccaneers star wide receivers Mike Evans and Antonio Brown for Week 17 against the New York Jets. But according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, it looks like both players will suit up, at least in a limited capacity.

Evans was recently on the reserve/COVID-19 list but came off during the week. However, he's still dealing with a nagging hamstring injury, which will limit him on Sunday. He's still expected to give it a go for at least a little, though.

The Buccaneers star wideout has 64 catches for 899 yards and 11 touchdowns this season.

There was some serious doubt about Brown playing after he tweaked his ankle during the week, but he should be good to go after practicing on Saturday, as long as there are no setbacks. The Buccaneers wide receiver just returned from a three-game suspension last weekend and had a big game against the Carolina Panthers, hauling in 10 receptions for 101 yards to give him 39 catches for 519 yards in six games this season. Brown has scored four touchdowns.

This news will certainly make Tom Brady happy. Tampa Bay recently lost Chris Godwin for the rest of the season with a torn ACL, so it's a big plus for these other offensive stars to be out there. The Buccaneers are 11-4 on the season and still hoping to snag home-field advantage in the NFC as they try to repeat as Super Bowl champions.
