Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is extremely active on social media, especially Twitter. He loves using the platform to promote his apparel brand “Brady,” post updates throughout the season, and get in touch with fans and other NFL stars.

However, there is one thing about social media that bothers the Buccaneers quarterback: the frequent use of his infamous combine photo. He made that clear in his recent plea to Elon Musk, asking him to delete the picture if Musk becomes the owner of Twitter.

The picture from Brady's participation in the 2000 NFL Combine has become a meme mocking the seven-time Super Bowl champion. Unsurprisingly, a Twitter user responded to Brady's tweet with the picture. The Buccaneers quarterback responded, asking Musk to “ban him.”

Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motors, offered to buy Twitter in whole for $43 billion. The bid is equivalent to $54.20 a share.

Of course, it's impossible for anyone to completely delete an image from the internet. There are countless screenshots and saved versions of Brady's combine picture and endless versions of it already shared on Twitter.

Not to mention, images from the 2000 NFL Combine are featured in the first episode of Brady's ESPN+ docuseries, “Man in the Arena.” So, not only is it on the internet, but Brady is exploiting the image himself.

Regardless of its practicality, it's a pretty hilarious request from the Buccaneers quarterback.
