The Kansas City Chiefs have arguably the best offensive line in the NFL right now. The offensive depth chart of the defending champions is insanely deep and it's spearheaded by none other than the reigning Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes.

But on the other side of the gridiron, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' elite defense will be waiting.

The 2018 NFL MVP believes the Chiefs' offense won't have the easiest of times knowing that the Buccaneers' defensive line will again have the services of defensive tackle Vita Vea.

“He’s a guy that you’ve got to know where he’s at every single play,” Mahomes said Wednesday, via Myles Simmons of Pro Football Talk. “He obviously is super disruptive in the run game, but he’s just as good as a pass rusher. You don’t see guys like that — playing that position, that can rush the passer like that — that much. For him, he’s a special talent and I’ll have to know where he's at every single play in order to not let him disrupt the entire game.”

Vea hasn't been able to play a ton this season. The 25-year-old fractured his right leg and ankle in Week 5 and has been sidelined for the majority of the season.

Vea, though, was able to return to the field in Tampa Bay's Divisional Round matchup against the New Orleans Saints where the Bucs' defense dominated Drew Brees and the Saints' offense.

Vea was able to play 46% of the team's snaps in that game and with a few weeks off, he should be ready to play even more snaps come Super Bowl LV.
