After landing Tom Brady in free agency, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers realize that this is their time to compete for a Super Bowl. According to The Draft Network's JC Cornell, the Buccaneers are trying to trade up in the 2020 NFL Draft to land an elite offensive tackle.
I can confirm the Bucs trade up rumors. I have heard they want to secure an elite OT in the draft for Tom Brady. It’s win now mode.

With Brady under center, the Buccaneers have plenty of weapons on offense, featuring the likes of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, O.J. Howard, and Ronald Jones. However, the offensive line still leaves a lot to be desired.
Last season, Tampa Bay's offensive line surrendered 47 sacks, good enough for 11th most in the NFL. While Brady is capable of limiting sacks due to getting the ball out quickly, the Buccaneers still need to focus on protecting him.

If Tampa Bay stays put at No. 14, there's a decent chance that one or none of those guys are still available. Therefore, the Buccaneers could make some calls to the teams sitting inside the top 10. Of the teams they could trade with, the Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars make sense.
Even though the Panthers are in the same division, they could be looking to compile more draft picks for new head coach Matt Rhule. As for the Jaguars, they are undergoing a complete overhaul and adding more picks could expedite the process.
While it remains to be seen exactly who they want, the Buccaneers are looking to make a move early in the draft.
